Yes, the Steelhead platform is securely hosted in AWS gov cloud, enabling connectivity to your plant from anywhere at any time. 

How long does it take to deploy Steelhead?

Steelhead has built a deployment process that is focused on quality and speed to minimize the disruption to your business. If you and your team are ready to rock, it can be as little as 1-2 weeks. Larger operations with big teams and complex processes can take longer to deploy.

Does Steelhead use any third parties?

No. Sales, Deployment, Support and Success teams are all in house. This enables superior service and maintains a direct link to the Engineering team!

What kind of IT do we need to run Steelhead?

The only requirements to run Steelhead are a stable internet connection and a web-enabled device! No servers required.

Does Steelhead integrate with accounting software?

Yes, for those who choose not to use the accounting system that is natively built within Steelhead, we have integrations built with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Sage 50, and Sage 100.

What happens to my current data?

Steelhead has developed a proprietary relational database management tool called "Smelt". With smelt, your excel sheets, pdfs, word docs and more can by consolidated into a clean SQL data base and loaded into your account.  This allows for a full speed launch right out of the gates, complete with customer data, part instruction, inventory, and much more.
