MAKE THE INTRO
Connect us directly with a decision-maker at the shop by email, phone, or in person then forward the intro so we can make sure it is tracked.

WE TAKE IT FROM THERE
Our team reaches out, provides a Steelhead demo, and works to determine fit.
THEY PAY. YOU GET PAID.
Once they become a paying Steelhead customer, we reach out to confirm your reward preference and pay you out.
Program Rules
REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility. The program is open to current Steelhead customers. Steelhead employees and contractors, and partners or resellers with a separate referral agreement, are not eligible. You cannot refer your own company or its affiliates.
Qualified referral. A direct, warm introduction to a decision-maker at the referred shop, logged with marketing@gosteelhead.com at the time it is made. If more than one person refers the same shop, the first documented introduction earns the reward.
Reward. One reward per new customer: a $1,500 check or a $1,500 Steelhead subscription credit, your choice. The reward is earned when the referred shop becomes a paying Steelhead customer (first payment received), not at signature, demo, or trial.
Checks. Payable to you or your company, your choice. We need a completed W-9 before we can send a check. You are responsible for any taxes on rewards; talk to your tax advisor.
Credits. Subscription credits are applied to your next invoice, have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are forfeited if your account closes before they are applied.
Making the intro. Make sure you have permission to share your contact's information, and let them know you are part of our referral program when you make the introduction.
Your employer's rules. If your company has policies on gifts or outside payments, following them is your responsibility. The company-payable check or the subscription credit usually solves this.
Program changes. Steelhead may change or end the program at any time. Introductions documented before a change are honored under the terms in place when they were logged.
Questions and disputes. Steelhead reasonably determines whether a referral qualifies.
