review maintenance and job shops, and specifically how we handle maintenance and Steelhead technologies.
[00:12] So first, a very brief overview of the typical types of maintenance that we see
in our job shops that we serve.
[00:18] The first is preventative maintenance.
[00:20] So we're reducing downtime, we are lowering repair costs, improving safety, driving productivity and efficiency.
[00:27] The next is daily line checks.
[00:29] So whether it's chemicals or motors or pumps or pressures or contaminants or whatever it
may be, we want to keep our, our equipment operating in peak, condition to control
quality, achieve production throughput, and control our costs as well.
[00:44] Of course, there's ad hoc, repair events, unplanned maintenance that needs to happen on fly.
[00:50] And the last is planned maintenance where we need to integrate with our production scheduling
to take the line off for, pre pre-planned activities.
[00:59] So, as briefly as I can, I'm gonna go through all four of these types
of, of scheduling.
[01:05] [opens the maintenance dashboard showing a recurring maintenance indicator] So here in the Steelhead platform, I'm gonna go straight into our maintenance Here.
[01:08] We can see we actually have a, a little indicator there showing that we have
some recurring maintenance due there.
[01:14] And, so I'm gonna jump in and create a maintenance event.
[01:18] [creates a preventative maintenance event for the air compressor] And the first one I'm gonna create is a simple, preventative maintenance, event.
[01:25] And in this case we're gonna go maintain the air compressor, so we can assign
it to whomever.
[01:30] We'd like to go complete that task.
[01:32] We have multiple air compressors here in this case.
[01:34] We can select that as well.
[01:37] And we can either save it and have it be an, an active event, or
we can save it and go, straight to it there.
[01:46] [uploads files and adds notes to the maintenance event] So if I jump in here, I can actually, upload files here.
[01:49] So I can take photos, I can take, videos, whatever we may have.
[01:54] So whoever's running the maintenance event can actually record that.
[01:57] I can, I can also take notes here for posterity.
[02:08] And, now I can actually go ahead and, and begin, this maintenance event.
[02:12] So, one thing we wanna do by building maintenance events digitally is to enable other
people to, to conduct the maintenance.
[02:22] So we don't want maintenance, stuck in anyone's head.
[02:25] We wanna be able to create comprehensive plan so anyone can approach this and, and
go step by step.
[02:31] [opens the compressor maintenance plan's belt check step] In this case, we're looking at our central compressor in building two, and the first
one we're looking at here is a belt check.
[02:38] Belt check. So we have our instructions of how to check for, the belt, and
if we do need to, we can replace it.
[02:46] [replaces the belt and depletes it from inventory] In this case, I'm going to replace it.
[02:47] I'm gonna say I'm using one belt there.
[02:50] And you can see we had, we, we have an indication of how much is
remaining in inventory.
[02:55] The next one is the, the air compressors.
[02:57] And again, we have an image here. We have instructions.
[03:00] [consumes an air filter for the next step] I'm gonna go ahead and consume an in, a, filter there as well.
[03:05] Next we have a pressure tank, or a pressure gauge, and we need to verify
the pressure here.
[03:12] [records the pressure gauge reading] So I'll say 23 PSI.
[03:15] And then, then this last one here is a, both a measurement of what is
the oil level, and I'll say it's a quarter, and then we actually need to
fill back up.
[03:26] [records the oil level and adds oil to inventory depletion] So I will add in 27 ounces of oil there and complete.
[03:31] So now I am done with my preventative maintenance on this air compressor.
[03:36] And as you can see each, completed node records, what happens, who did it, you
get multiple people working on the maintenance event.
[03:44] And, and we were either recording sensor measurements or depleting inventory.
[03:49] So by depleting inventory, we're able to keep track of our air compressor belts or
our filters or our oil or whatever it may be.
[03:57] And that inventory is integrated to purchasing.
[04:01] So when our maintenance runs out, we can issue a purchase order and that purchase
order is integrated to receiving.
[04:08] So when we receive that part in, it'll close out that purchase order, repopulate the
inventory.
[04:14] And then, billing actually as well is handled through Steelhead.
[04:17] So it's all a fully integrated system.
[04:20] And similarly with the sensor measurements, because some of these sensors, if it's a pH
it's if it's a temperature, if it's a titration titration or, whatever it may be,
it may be part of a maintenance event, but also is critical for production data.
[04:34] So we wanna make sure that's all tied in, under the same sensor.
[04:38] [opens the sensor dashboard for the air compressor] So I'm actually gonna jump over to the sensor dashboard to show what that looks
like for, this air compressor vitals.
[04:45] And as you can see, our, we can create customized dashboards on a per line
basis, per tank basis, whatever it may be.
[04:53] And sort the, the chart based on an any given period of time.
[04:57] So I'm gonna sort this for the last month, and we can pull in and
see all of our, key statistics that's not set up correctly currently.
[05:05] [creates a graph mode dashboard view] And we can also create a graph mode here.
[05:10] And what graph mode does is it allows us to set up a screen similar
to this and put it on a TV or whatever we desire to do.
[05:19] And this page will auto refresh every five minutes.
[05:22] So the data will be continually updating.
[05:24] So if you want to have a nice, beautiful, charts up on the wall on,
on a TV, that will impress your, employees and your customers and on, and keep
your lines in check, you can create one of these custom URL dashboards and they'll
update every five minutes and keep your your team up to date.
[05:55] So we've, completed a a preventative maintenance event, and we've also looked at our sensor
dashboard.
[06:01] Another one would be a daily line check.
[06:07] [creates a daily line check titration event] So I'm gonna go ahead and just do a, a basic titration here.
[06:12] Again, we can grab a, a, an i, assignee and, and, you know, grab a
piece of equipment that we're performing on if needed.
[06:21] Again, images, comments as needed.
[06:24] And then we can go ahead and start completing these multiple steps.
[06:27] And we can see instructions based on, the process we're following here, titration preparation instructions,
if we're depleting anything out of inventory, again, we're, we have inventory integration here, And
we can go through our steps.
[06:45] And it's, it's important to know that, you know, we can take, feedback here.
[06:50] Like if we typed in a number here and we want to actually put in
our, our algorithms or our mathematics, it, it'll actually update the instructions of subsequent, maintenance
nodes.
[07:02] So all of the calculations behind titrations can be handled completely within the platform.
[07:08] And it will automatically calculate based on the, based on the, the logic that's provided,
by your maintenance staff and your, and your chemistry staff.
[07:17] We can build that all right into the platform.
[07:20] And again, you start collecting your pH measurements and your inventory depletions here.
[07:26] And, it's all integrated.
[07:27] Same, same with the, the sensor dashboards, everything like that.
[07:32] So a the third one was ad hoc repairs.

new maintenance node, and I'm gonna say we want to, replace, compressor Fuse.
[08:11] So with, the maintenance node, we can jump in and we start putting in any
instructions we need.
[08:28] We can attach files, we wanna take pictures, we can attach inventory or sensors as
needed.
[08:34] Then we can just start creating instructions.
[08:36] [adds instructions to the new maintenance node] So move, cover to these box, Move All tears, and then we can go in
node by node and provide instructions as needed.
[09:03] So we can do, written instructions, images, whatever it may be.
[09:24] So we can add an instructions to this node.
[09:26] And then once we're done, we can go ahead and create a, a maintenance event,
based on that, on that, on that node.
[09:35] [starts the ad hoc maintenance event and assigns it] So replace our compressor fuse, we can assign it to someone, and we can go
ahead and start that, that maintenance event that we had just created there.
[09:49] And we can see all the instructions.
[09:51] We can deplete inventory and complete all the steps that we need to, to document
that, that maintenance event.
[10:02] So the last, well, I, I guess the other thing is, is it's hard to
show on that laptop here, but we can put QR codes on things like a
forklift.
[10:14] So if you just scan it with a device, they'll just launch that maintenance plan
right then and there on your device.
[10:19] So, things like forklift line checks can be done right off a mobile device or
a tablet where you just scan the tablet, you or the QR code, and it
launches that exact maintenance plan on that exact piece of equipment.
[10:34] You can do your, your forklift checks right on there, or your line checks or
whatever it may be.
[10:39] But the last one is, is plan maintenance.
[10:41] [opens the plan maintenance scheduling screen] So I jump over to plan maintenance, I switch over to our scheduling screen here,
and in this case we are going to, look at, scheduling some downtime.
[10:52] So, you know, we have multiple pieces of equipment we're scheduling here, and I'm gonna
go ahead and, and schedule, in this case a, a color changeover.
[11:00] And, I'm gonna say we're gonna go ahead and start this for, for Monday.
[11:05] [schedules a 90-minute color changeover for Monday] And let's just say 10:00 AM and this is gonna be a 90 minute changeover.
[11:12] And we're say, yes, it shuts the station down, which is, if you're saying no,
that means you're, you're still running the line, but just not loading parts in.
[11:22] But if you're shutting the line down, you're actually stopping it.
[11:24] We're gonna make it not recurrent, but we can make a recurring, planned maintenance.
[11:28] So if every Tuesday for three hours, we take the line down, we can go
ahead and, make it recurrent and, and schedule that based on, on its recurrent schedule.
[11:39] We'll just do a one-off this time.
[11:47] So here we can see our, our color changeover is scheduled, and, from there we
can schedule our production on top of that, as we normally do in scheduling.
[12:00] So that's a quick overview of, of maintenance and job shops.
[12:05] We covered, preventative maintenance, daily line checks, sensor dashboards, chemistry based, production based, parameters, ad
hoc repair events, and also, plan maintenance.

forklift.
[10:14] So if you just scan it with a device, they'll just launch that maintenance plan
right then and there on your device.
[10:19] So, things like forklift line checks can be done right off a mobile device or
a tablet where you just scan the tablet, you or the QR code, and it
launches that exact maintenance plan on that exact piece of equipment.
[10:34] You can do your, your forklift checks right on there, or your line checks or
whatever it may be.
[10:39] But the last one is, is plan maintenance.
[10:41] [opens the plan maintenance scheduling screen] So I jump over to plan maintenance, I switch over to our scheduling screen here,
and in this case we are going to, look at, scheduling some downtime.
[10:52] So, you know, we have multiple pieces of equipment we're scheduling here, and I'm gonna
go ahead and, and schedule, in this case a, a color changeover.
[11:00] And, I'm gonna say we're gonna go ahead and start this for, for Monday.
[11:05] [schedules a 90-minute color changeover for Monday] And let's just say 10:00 AM and this is gonna be a 90 minute changeover.
[11:12] And we're say, yes, it shuts the station down, which is, if you're saying no,
that means you're, you're still running the line, but just not loading parts in.
[11:22] But if you're shutting the line down, you're actually stopping it.
[11:24] We're gonna make it not recurrent, but we can make a recurring, planned maintenance.
[11:28] So if every Tuesday for three hours, we take the line down, we can go
ahead and, make it recurrent and, and schedule that based on, on its recurrent schedule.
[11:39] We'll just do a one-off this time.
[11:47] So here we can see our, our color changeover is scheduled, and, from there we
can schedule our production on top of that, as we normally do in scheduling.
[12:00] So that's a quick overview of, of maintenance and job shops.
