[00:08] This is a quick guide to your customer portal.

[00:10] Keep in mind sections and options are a little different for each user, as this
dashboard is tailored to what's relevant to your account.

[00:16] So don't worry if what you see isn't identical to this.

[00:19] [views portal home] So here's home base. Everything is organized into sections.

[00:21] Contact info is along the top. Important notices may display here.

[00:28] If you'd like to reorganize your homepage, just click on the logo in the
upper right corner, Edit, move things around, then Save or Reset if needed.

[00:36] And if you have access to other vendors on Steelhead, you may see extra tabs along
the side. Easily jump between vendors to access information on other orders you may
have outsourced.

[00:45] [Parts section] The Parts section shows real-time progress, where parts are at, and
an idea of when they'll be ready. No back-and-forth phone or email updates.

[00:53] It's just like checking in on an online order to get answers at any time.

[00:57] Hide details, use the filters to narrow down your list, search with the box here,
and use Order By to further configure your views.

[01:08] Click either of these buttons to get back to the main page. You can always
use this search bar at the top with the toggles as needed to easily locate anything.

[01:15] You can see full details and other documents related to this one, and if you
need to download anything, just open up any PDF and download from there.

[01:27] With access to RFQs from the portal, requesting a quote is quick and easy. General
info auto-fills.

[01:31] Just fill in some details here, select your parts and quantity, processes, treatments,
any relevant files, and click Submit.

[01:42] And this is where to track whether RFQs are active, converted, or declined, as well
as jump to the quote attached to any RFQ once that quote is created.

[01:51] If you have certs, cert revision history is located here.

[01:54] Again, any relevant docs are connected, and go ahead and click to download what
you need.

[02:00] [Quality section] The Quality section holds RMAs, nonconformance reports, quality
holds, all pulling current real-time information.

[02:07] [Shipping section] In the Shipping section, shipping details, packing slips, bills
of lading, documents that can be accessed at any time.

[02:13] And here, invoices and linked POs with line items, due dates, and further details.
The AP section contains outstanding balance, payment history, memos, statements, and some
invoices can be paid right from here.
