Transcript Welcome to Steelhead University. Access simplified Steelhead training and courses designed to help you master your plant's digital operating system. Let's first take a look at how your team can navigate Courses, then how managers can enroll and keep track of their teams on the main Courses page. Courses that have been assigned to you are listed under Required. Search courses, preview course material, and view further details here. Click Begin on a course to learn best practices and see step-by-step instructions. Exit anytime if you need to come back later—your progress will be saved for you. Explore the Recommended section to find courses that fit your daily workflow and put new skills to use right away. Click Enroll to save any course you want to revisit later—it’ll get added to your Required section. Use the Explore tab to browse the full catalog, from core skills like domain setup and work orders to advanced topics like Specs and Scheduling. Standardized courses mean new hires and veterans follow the same workflows, protecting margins and quality as you scale. Now let’s look at Team Enrollment, where managers have full tracking of everything in real time, replacing spreadsheets and handwritten reminders. Add the permissions to any Access Profiles necessary. Users will need Read Course Enrollments to view team member course progress, and Manage Course Enrollments to enroll or cancel enrollments for others. Back to the Courses tile under Team Enrollment. In User View, use the search and filters to narrow the results. Select a user to see their Recommended and Enrolled courses. Choose the courses they need, set a due date if you like, and click Save Changes—they’ll see everything in their dashboard right away. You can also Enroll by Course, filter and search as needed. Select a course, click Enroll to add any team members, and set a due date if needed before clicking Enroll. The Enrollment View is another way to easily track progress. Drill into user details, and cancel assignments if needed to keep training clean and current. With real-time insights, training becomes as measurable and data-driven as production. Turn on Team Enrollment, assign your first set of core courses, and give your team a clear path to mastering Steelhead and boosting productivity across your shop. This was built for you.
