How the demo flows

[00:16] [navigates to Steelhead homepage; clicks Reporting tile] From your Steelhead homepage, Insights and Reporting are consolidated into one dashboard. [View Reports page
loads with left sidebar showing Dashboards, Insights, and Custom Reports sections] Here you can review
reports, edit your reports, manage your databases, and change any settings within the Reports tab.
[00:30] [clicks into an Insight from the sidebar] Click into an Insight where you have your charts. You can configure them to your
needs and save them to completely customizable dashboards, which I'll show you in a second.
[00:40] [points to permissions key on the report] Within each report, you'll see this key which gives you the ability to control who
has permissions to see a given report. In order to have access to change these
permissions, a user must have the right Reporting permission and every selected permission that you
add enabled in order to view this given report.
[00:55] [clicks Configure Columns] You can click Configure to customize these charts — [drags year/month column] just click and
drag. For example, year/month will split by, then just deselect it here to pull something
out of the chart. [changes chart type from dropdown] You can also change the type
here; you have all these different options to choose from.
[01:12] [closes configuration popover; clicks Save] Close the configuration box and click Save. [Save dialog opens; types configuration name; clicks Save
as new] You can enter a configuration name and save it as new. [switches between
configurations in dropdown] Now you can switch between each of those configurations [clicks star icon]
and set one as the default view by clicking the star.
[01:28] You can also create and customize dashboards and put different charts from various reports into
any dashboards that you create. [clicks Create Dashboard icon in sidebar; types dashboard name] Just
click the new dashboard icon, give your dashboard a name, [creates another dashboard] then add
another one here for processed parts. [clicks Create Dashboard Folder; types folder name] You can
put them into a folder, give your folder a name, [drags dashboards into folder] and
click and drag to get these dashboards into the folder.
[01:48] [clicks Add to Dashboards icon on a chart configuration; selects a dashboard from the list] Now you can take this chart configuration, click the Add to Dashboards icon, and select
any dashboard you'd like to add it to. [navigates to another chart; clicks Add to
Dashboards; selects same dashboard] Let's also add this chart to that same dashboard.
[01:58] [opens the dashboard from the sidebar] Now we'll go into that dashboard [clicks Unlock dashboard toggle] using the lock/unlock toggle. You
can make any changes here — [points to Clear Layout and Reset Layout buttons] you
can also clear the layout or reset it. [drags chart edge to resize; drags chart
to reposition] Just click and drag to resize your charts; you can reorganize them, [clicks
Save] click Save, [clicks Lock dashboard toggle] then lock it again.
