Real Talk reporting and insights in Steelhead can quickly give you valuable information on your company's production data. You can easily set up customized dashboards depending on your goals and needs. Then Steelhead automatically collects the critical data for you to easily review it at any time.
From your Steelhead homepage, insights and reporting are consolidated into one dashboard. Here you can review reports, edit your reports, manage your databases, and change any settings within the reports tab. Click into an insight where you have your charts. You can configure them to your needs and save them to completely customizable dashboards, which I'll show you in a second.
Within each report, you'll see this key which gives you the ability to control who has permissions to see a given report. In order to have access to change these permissions, a user must have the right reporting permission and every selected permission that you add enabled in order to view this given report. You can click "Configure" to customize these charts—just click and drag. For example, year/month will split by, then just deselect it here to pull something out of the chart. You can also change the type here; you have all these different options to choose from.
Close the configuration box and click "Save." You can enter a configuration name and save it as new. Now you can switch between each of those configurations and set one as the default view by clicking the star. You can also create and customize dashboards and put different charts from various reports into any dashboards that you create. Just click the new dashboard icon, give your dashboard a name, then add another one here for processed parts. You can put them into a folder, give your folder a name, and click and drag to get these dashboards into the folder.
Now you can take this chart configuration, click the "Add to Dashboards" icon, and select any dashboard you'd like to add it to. Let's also add this chart to that same dashboard. Now we'll go into that dashboard using the lock/unlock toggle. You can make any changes here—you can also clear the layout or reset it. Just click and drag to resize your charts; you can reorganize them, click "Save," then lock it again.
You also have the option to save a specific configuration as the default for this dashboard specifically. This won't affect the default that you have selected within the report page itself that I showed you previously. Within each custom report as well as on the dashboards views, you can add a custom tooltip for others to more easily understand and use each report. You can show or hide configurations with this toggle.
We hope this helps you quickly and easily organize your company data so that you can gain insight into what's happening in your shop and make informed decisions that move you towards your goals.
