convert it to a polished email and send it to a customer in just two
clicks, one, two. But before sending, let me just show you all the customization abilities
here.

[00:32] This is all auto-filled based on the most recent email that you sent to
this customer of the same type, but you can also make any changes. So toggle
the auto field body text with this clock icon, or use this one to reuse
email recipients from the last email of the same type sent to this customer.

[00:50] Click in the dropdown. You can select from A, B, C contacts or employees
from your own company. You also have the option to type in a different email
and add a new customer contact right from here. Edit your subject line if you
need to.

[01:04] The quote will already be automatically added to this email, but if you have
any additional files, just click here to add them. Save and include the logo or
remove it if you'd like. And check this out. If you'd like this email thread
to be visible to other employees with correct permissions.

[01:19] Toggle this on and I'll show you where they'll show up on the email
dashboard in a minute. But this is great for keeping everyone in the loop. You
also have the option of requesting a customer signature for the quote, which adds this
nice big button to simplify and speed up your approval process.

[01:33] Not ready to send it yet. Just click save draft and return to it
later from the email dashboard, which is always a click away accessible with this global
email icon. Emails will come into your Steelhead inbox when your recipients respond to emails
sent from Steelhead, meaning this is a spam-free inbox.

[01:51] Want to reply to an email, forward it, mark it unread, star it,
archive it. It's all just a click away. Easily send, edit or delete saved drafts
as well from your email dashboard. You can also compose a new email unattached to
any specific quote, sales order invoice or other Steelhead entity.

[02:10] And here is where all your shared emails will show up. This one is
highlighted because we have a new unread email on this thread. Any emails that have
been sent by other employees that were shared with you would also show up here
as well.
