My name is Chris Hunt. I am the quality director here at Buntley Corporation. We are a metal finishing company, largely for the aerospace and defense contracting world.
Before Steelhead Buntley was running, on individual, spreadsheets and, very poor workflow, and, very unorganized, to some degree, We are also, hopefully have our, NADCAP approval by the early part of 2025 and, we found that Steelhead was going to be integral in getting that NADCAP approval and give us exactly what we wanted to meet the NADCAP requirements. This, deployment process is, different than any other than I have, worked with previously. Basically, in previous softwares, we bought the software and gave, a little bit of training, but, not a whole lot of help getting up and going.
A lot of the inputs, we would have to do ourself. This deployment has been very helpful. And, getting the data into the system to be able to run and deploy Steelhead in a timely fashion.
The on site has been very helpful. I think we've learned a lot with the on site, in the beginning, you don't know what you don't know. But, I think, we asked questions and Steelhead has been very great to help us with those things.
I think in the beginning, everybody's a little bit nervous, maybe excited in the beginning. And then as you get into it, everybody gets a little nervous because you do get a lot of questions. But I think as we learn more, those, those tensions have been eased and, everybody is 100% on board with it implementation of Steelhead.
