How it Works
The survey should take about 20 minutes to complete. You can either do it in one sitting or come back to it.
A lot of the questions are multiple choice and give a range, so you don't have to run every number, estimates are perfectly fine.
You can skip any question that you would prefer not to answer. If a number is not something you track, say so. That information is as valuable as giving a range.
It is important that you provide your shop name and location so we can verify that every shop included in the report is legitimate.
Your data will remain anonymous. Your shop name will not be published or tied to your data publicly in any way.
